NO PARTNER REQUIRED! Let FUN meet FITNESS while you experience dancing to all sorts of dance rhythms in a line... for instance Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive, Waltz, West Coast Swing and Salsa. We even throw in some Chart tunes to keep those bodies moving.

This is an INFORMAL dance course, the emphasis is on having FUN and KEEPING FIT. NO PREVIOUS DANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, only those "two left feet" ! It's for adults of all ages and fitness levels because you go at your own pace.

We start off each class with a gentle, but very important, dance warm up, for example - a Merengue, which you follow along with the instructor. Then during the course you will learn a few choreographed dances, for example - to a Jive rhythm. You'll dance at your own pace to get out of it what you want, simple dance or hard workout! To end each class, a slow dance, for example - a Rumba, that has been taught, will be used to help cool you down.
